Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Krevanta Systems Pvt. Ltd. aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across krevantasystems.com. We treat accessibility as part of building the site properly rather than something added afterwards.

What we have done

These are measured, not aspirational:

• Colour contrast — body text, headings and link text were measured against their actual backgrounds, including text over photographs, and meet or exceed the 4.5:1 minimum
• Keyboard navigation — every link, button, form field and menu can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order
• Visible focus — the element you are on is always outlined, never hidden
• Labelled forms — every field has a permanent visible label, and errors are described in words next to the field rather than by colour alone
• Alternative text — images carry descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise
• Reduced motion — if your device is set to reduce motion, animations and moving effects are switched off
• Structure — headings run in order, landmarks identify the header, main content and footer, and a skip link jumps past the navigation
• Resizing — text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content, and the layout reflows down to a 320-pixel screen
• Live updates — changes such as adding a machine to your quote list are announced to screen readers

How this was assessed

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out during development. The site has not been independently audited.

We say so plainly because an accessibility statement is only useful if it is accurate. If an independent audit is carried out, this page will be updated with its findings and date.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following, and would rather name them than leave you to discover them:

• Technical PDFs — some downloadable data sheets and planning guides were produced before this standard was adopted and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need one in an accessible format, ask and we will provide it.
• The anti-spam check on our forms is supplied by Cloudflare. It is designed to be accessible, but it is a third-party component we do not control. If it prevents you submitting a form, contact us directly and we will take your enquiry by email or telephone.
• Specification tables are wide by nature. They scroll sideways on a small screen; the same figures are available as plain text on request.

If something on this site is difficult or impossible to use, please tell us. It helps us fix it, and we will give you the information another way in the meantime.

Any specification, quotation or document on this site can be provided in large print, as plain text, or read to you over the telephone. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

This statement is prepared with reference to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where a tender or public body requires conformance against a particular standard — such as EN 301 549 or Section 508 — contact us and we will provide a specific response.
