Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to cover both Indian and European law, so the same protections apply wherever you are.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Krevanta Systems Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U28264UW2026PTC254455) of D22, First Floor-B, Durga Industrial Park, Rajender Nagar Metro Station, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201005, India decides how and why your personal information is used. In European terms we are the "data controller"; in Indian terms the "data fiduciary".

2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry or request a quotation:
- Your name, organisation, email address and telephone number
- Your city and country
- Your industry, daily laundry load, project type and the machines you are interested in
- Anything you write in the message field
- Any drawing, floor plan or tender document you attach
If you create an account:
- The details above, plus a password — stored only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form
- Your saved quote lists and enquiry history
Automatically, when you use the site:
- Your IP address, recorded with form submissions and sign-in attempts as a security measure
- A session cookie that keeps your quote list and sign-in working
If you visit our premises:
Our office and works are covered by CCTV for the safety and security of people and property. Recordings are kept for a limited period and are viewed only where there is a specific security or safety reason.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Please do not include health, financial, biometric or identity document details in an enquiry message or attachment.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you, and we do not profile you.
4. Marketing
We do not currently send marketing emails or newsletters. If that changes, we will only send them to people who have asked to receive them, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe link. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting anything else.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary:
- Dealers and channel partners — where an enquiry is best served by our representative in your region, we pass the details needed to respond
- Freight forwarders and carriers — delivery details, to move the goods
- Our hosting provider — Hostinger, which operates the servers this site runs on
- Cloudflare — the Turnstile check on our forms, which sees your IP address to confirm you are not a bot
- Titan Mail — our email provider, which carries messages to and from us
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required, or to establish or defend a legal claim
Those we appoint to process information on our behalf act on our instructions and are bound to keep it confidential and secure.
6. Where your information is stored
This website and its database are hosted on servers located in Asia (India). Backups are held in Singapore.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this means your information is transferred outside that area. Neither India nor Singapore has an adequacy decision from the European Commission, so such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards — Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers, together with the technical measures described below. You can ask us for details of the safeguards in place.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and uploaded documents — 3 years from our last contact with you
- Account records — for as long as the account is open, then 2 years after it is closed
- Invoicing and tax records — for the period required by Indian tax law
- Warranty and service records — for the life of the warranty and any subsequent contract
- Security logs — a short rolling period, then overwritten
When you delete your account, the account is closed immediately and your profile details are removed from it. A minimal closure record is kept for 2 years so that we can evidence the deletion and meet our own obligations, after which it is erased.
8. How we protect it
- The whole site is served over encrypted HTTPS
- Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes and can never be read back
- Administrative access requires two-factor authentication
- Sign-in attempts are rate-limited and locked out after repeated failures
- Uploaded files are validated by content, stored outside the web root and cannot be executed
- Access is restricted to staff who need it to do their work
No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach occurred that was likely to affect your rights, we would tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Cookies
We set one cookie: a session cookie that keeps your quote list and your sign-in working. It is deleted when you close your browser. Cloudflare sets its own cookie as part of the anti-bot check on our forms.
Both are strictly necessary for the site to function, so no consent is required for them.
We run no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, nothing that follows you between sites. If we ever add any, we will ask for your consent first and this policy will be updated.
10. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we have no continuing need or obligation to keep it
- Restrict what we do with it while a question about it is resolved
- Withdraw consent where we relied on it
Write to info@krevantasystems.com. We respond within 30 days. There is no charge. We may need to confirm who you are before acting, to make sure we are not disclosing your information to someone else.
If you are in India and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
11. Additional rights in the European Union and United Kingdom
If you are in the EU or the UK, the GDPR gives you these further rights:
- Object to our using your information where we rely on legitimate interests — we will stop unless we have compelling grounds that override your rights
- Portability — receive the information you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another provider
- Complain to a supervisory authority in the country where you live, work, or where you think the problem occurred
We are established in India and supply worldwide. Where the GDPR applies to a particular enquiry, we apply it.
12. Children
This site is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
13. Other websites
Our pages may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we suggest reading their policies before giving them information.
14. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change or the law requires it. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified on this page.
