For most properties above roughly 60 rooms the payback lands between 18 and 36 months, depending on local vendor rates, utility tariffs and labour. We put the numbers for your property in writing before you commit.
Usually yes. We check your boiler capacity and pressure against the combined steam demand of the proposed machines, and flag the gap if there is one. Electric heating is available where steam is not practical.
