Commercial terms

Terms of sale

These are the standard terms on which we quote and supply. Project-specific terms are set out in the individual quotation and contract, which take precedence over this page.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation document. Prices are based on the specification, quantities and site conditions described at the time of quoting. Material and currency movements may require revision where a quotation is accepted after its validity period.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed when we issue a written order acknowledgement against your purchase order. Changes to specification after acknowledgement may affect price and delivery, and will be confirmed in writing before we proceed.

3. Payment terms

Payment terms are stated on each quotation and typically involve an advance against order with the balance on despatch or commissioning. Taxes and duties are charged as applicable at the prevailing rate.

4. Delivery

Delivery periods are estimates from the date of order acknowledgement and receipt of any advance payment. We will notify you promptly of any change. Risk passes on delivery to site unless the contract states otherwise.

5. Site readiness

Installation assumes the site is ready in accordance with the layout and utility drawings we issue: civil work complete, and electrical, water, steam and drainage connections available at the agreed points. Delays or additional visits caused by site unreadiness may be chargeable.

6. Installation and commissioning

Where installation is within scope, we carry out mechanical installation, utility connection, cycle programming and performance testing, followed by operator training and handover documentation.

7. Warranty

Equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the quotation, from the date of commissioning. The warranty excludes consumables, wear parts, damage from misuse or incorrect chemical dosing, unauthorised modification, and operation outside the specified utility conditions. Warranty terms for imported equipment follow the manufacturer's published policy.

8. Maintenance

Annual maintenance contracts are offered separately, with scope, visit frequency and response times defined in the AMC agreement.

9. Technical information

Capacities, dimensions, consumption figures and performance data are indicative and confirmed on the model data sheet issued for your project. We reserve the right to improve designs without notice, provided performance is not reduced.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
