Terms and conditions
These terms govern every quotation we issue and every order we accept. Please read them before placing an order — placing one means you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
This website is operated by Krevanta Systems Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India (CIN U28264UW2026PTC254455, GSTIN 09AAMCK9639C1Z3), with its registered office at D22, First Floor-B, Durga Industrial Park, Rajender Nagar Metro Station, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201005, India.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "Krevanta" mean that company. "You" means the organisation placing the order. Formal legal notices should be sent to krevantasystems@gmail.com.
2. Quotations
A quotation is valid for 30 days from its date of issue unless it states otherwise. After that it lapses and must be reissued.
A quotation is an invitation to place an order, not an offer we are bound by. Anything shown on this website — specifications, capacities, images and indicative figures — is for guidance. The quotation and its attached specification are what govern the supply.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of GST and of any other tax, duty or levy, which is charged additionally at the rate applying on the date of invoice.
3. When an order becomes binding
An order becomes binding when we have received both your purchase order and the advance payment set out below. Until both are received, no contract exists and either party may walk away without liability.
4. Payment
Unless the quotation states otherwise, payment is:
- 70% in advance with the order
- 30% before dispatch
Payment is by bank transfer. Goods are not dispatched until the full invoice value is received in cleared funds.
Overdue amounts carry interest at 1.5% per month from the due date until payment, whether before or after judgment. We may suspend delivery, installation or warranty support while any amount is overdue.
Government and institutional buyers may be offered different terms. Where they are, those terms are recorded on the quotation or in a separate agreement and prevail over this section.
5. Price changes
Prices are held for the validity period of the quotation. Beyond that, we may revise the price to reflect changes in input and raw material costs, inflation, currency movement, or any change in duty, tax or statutory levy. Where an order is placed against a lapsed quotation, the price ruling at the date of our acceptance applies.
6. Delivery, risk and title
Supply is Ex-Works, Ghaziabad. Risk passes to you when the goods leave our works. Transit, insurance, unloading and any crane or rigging are your responsibility. Export orders are supplied CIF unless the quotation says otherwise.
Title does not pass until we have received payment in full. Until then you hold the goods as bailee, keep them insured and identifiable, and allow us to recover them if payment is not made.

7. Cancellation
An order may be cancelled only before any payment has been received. Once payment has been made the order is firm, and the full order value remains payable whether or not you take delivery.
Machines built or configured to your specification cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full position.
8. Site readiness and installation
Before delivery you must have all utilities ready and available at site — power supply, water, drainage, steam where applicable, adequate floor loading, and access wide enough for the machine to reach its position.
Whether installation and commissioning are included depends on the project and is stated on the quotation. Where they are not included, they are your responsibility or are charged separately.
Delay or additional cost caused by a site not being ready is for your account.
9. Inspection on delivery
Please examine the goods on arrival. Transit damage, shortage or incorrect supply must be reported to us in writing within 2 to 3 days of delivery, with photographs. Claims made after that cannot be accepted, and claims for transit damage should also be raised with your carrier and insurer.
10. Warranty
We warrant our machines for 12 months from commissioning or 15 months from delivery, whichever is earlier. The warranty covers parts only. Labour, travel and site attendance are charged separately unless the quotation says otherwise.
We aim to respond to a warranty call within 48 to 72 hours.
The warranty does not cover:
- Consumables and wear parts
- Plastic parts
- Damage caused by incorrect or inadequate utilities
- Damage caused by water quality outside the specified limits
- Unauthorised repair or modification, or improper operation
The warranty applies only while you:
- Have the machine serviced annually
- Use genuine spare parts
- Operate it with trained operators
We keep spare parts available for 10 years from purchase. After the warranty expires we offer an annual maintenance contract covering service, not parts.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price paid for the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production, loss of contracts, or any indirect or consequential loss, however caused.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, power or fuel shortage, fire, flood, epidemic, war, or act of government.
12. Intellectual property
Drawings, specifications, manuals and technical documents we provide remain ours. They are supplied for operating and maintaining the equipment and may not be copied or passed to a third party without our written consent. The Krevanta name and logo are our marks.
13. Using this website
A quote request submitted on this website is an enquiry only. It creates no obligation on either side until a quotation is issued, a purchase order placed and the advance received.
You must be 18 or over to use this site or hold an account, and you must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms.

14. Standards and certification
Our equipment is manufactured to CE and ISO standards. Certificates for a specific model are available on request and are supplied with the machine where applicable.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, and the venue for any arbitration or proceedings is Ghaziabad.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when your order is accepted is the version that applies to it. Changes are published here with a revised effective date.
