Cleanroom garment processing built for audit

Barrier washer lines, controlled-zone layouts and documented cycles for WHO-GMP and Schedule M environments where garment handling is part of the compliance record.

Challenges we solve

What usually goes wrong first

Garment integrity after repeated wash cycles
Particulate carry-over into classified areas
Cycle records demanded during audit
Segregating gowning grades
Validating a new laundry area
Contract launderers with no traceability
Our approach

How we specify for pharmaceuticals

Zone separation by construction

Barrier washers load from the unclassified side and unload into the classified side, so the machine itself forms the boundary.

Cycles you can document

Programmable recipes per garment grade, with cycle data available for your validation and audit file.

Materials that survive validation

SUS304 drums and tubs throughout, with wash chemistry and temperature profiles set to protect cleanroom fabric.

Tell us about your facility

The more you send, the better the answer

We can quote from a machine model alone, but a useful specification needs the load. Fill in what you know — anything left blank we will ask about.

What happens next: an engineer reviews your details, comes back with questions if anything is missing, then issues a machine list, indicative layout and budget figure. No obligation, and we will tell you if a smaller plant does the job.

We use your details only to answer this enquiry. See our privacy policy.

Common questions

Questions we get from pharmaceuticals buyers

We provide equipment documentation, material certificates, cycle parameter records and commissioning reports. Formal IQ/OQ/PQ protocols are prepared in coordination with your QA team, since the acceptance criteria have to match your own validation master plan.

Yes. Barrier machines are supplied with a door interlock so the clean-side door cannot be opened until a cycle has completed, and both doors cannot be open simultaneously.
