The KS-FF3300 Flatwork Folding Machine is a high-performance automated flatwork folding system engineered for high-volume commercial and industrial laundry operations. Designed to automate the folding of bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, table linen, and other flatwork textiles, it significantly improves productivity while ensuring consistent folding quality.
Construction and control
The machine features four independent folding channels, programmable PLC controls, variable conveyor speed, frequency-controlled drive motors, and a pneumatic folding mechanism capable of producing up to five folding layers. Built for continuous industrial operation, the KS-FF3300 minimizes manual handling, reduces labour costs, and increases laundry throughput.
For fully automated linen handling, the KS-FF3300 can be integrated with the optional KS-FFA1 Single Stacker or KS-FFA2 Double Stacker, providing automatic stacking and sorting of folded linen.
